A custom design, hand assembled in 18 kt yellow gold, featuring one bezel set oval mixed cut natural ruby, measuring 0.23 ct, surrounded by four bezel set round mixed cut natural emeralds (0.32 ct  in total) and four bezel set round brilliant cut diamonds, (0.09 ct total). A somewhat regal looking piece reminiscent of medieval jewellery.
