Georgian influenced Victorian era silver plate soup tureen.  From the silversmiths Hawksworth, Eyre & Co., of Sheffield, England, circa 1870.  This elegant tureen is generously proportioned, rising from a pedestal foot with reeded loop handles.

9 1/4” (23.5cm) high, 8 3/4” (22.2cm) diameter, 12” (30.5cm) across the handles.
