Victorian sterling silver framed mirror, hallmarked for Birmingham 1897.  The silversmith is Samuel Walton Smith of Cambridge Street, Birmingham and Great Pulteney Street, London.

The silver is ornately embellished with C scrolls, vines, and floral blooms against a rope trellis.  The condition of the silver is excellent as is the beveled edge mirror, on the reconditioned dark blue velvet back.
