Victorian Opal and Diamond Ring

A beautiful  early Victorian 14kt yellow gold with silver top box ring, featuring two strong greenish blue and orange opals, approx 0.71ct. and 28 old mine and old European cut diamonds, est. 0.41ct (clarity: VS-SI & H-I-J colour). The design of the two intertwined hearts is also called a Lukenbouth after the Scottish, love token, heart shaped brooch.
