One custom-made 18 karat yellow gold antique bracelet. One old European cut diamond (0.16 carats: VS1 clarity: H-I colour). Forty-eight old European cut diamonds (1.18 carats: VS-SI clarity: H-I colour). The bracelet is seven inches in total. The bracelet is convertible, the top can be detached and worn as a brooch.  

This bracelet is accompanied by a fitted light brown leather box wih a cconvertible pad to accomodate the brooch. The box is stamped, "Skinner & Co Diamond Merchants Orchard Street London. W"
