A wonderful Victorian 18kt yellow gold with sterling silver top navette (boat shaped) ring featuring 1 round cabochon yellowish green opal, est. 0.26ct and 20 old European cut diamonds,  0.79ct (VS clarity: G-H colour). The top of the ring measures approx. 5/8 inch (1.59cm) long X 3/8 inch (0.95cm) widest. It is currently size 8 and can be sized.
