800 Fine Silver dresser tray, Germany, circa 1900-20.  The border is embellished with a continuous garland of flowers and romantic scenes of courtship on the two long sides.  The two short sides are monogrammed in Script “C” and “W” on either end.

Impressed crescent and crown marks 800, for Germany, 800 Fine Silver.

A place for a scent bottle collection, perhaps?
