A set of silver champagne stirrers;  how decadent!

The set of six with the original stand is all 835 Fine Silver, Germany, mid 20th century.

The stand is 6” (15.3cm) high, 3 1/2” (8.9cm) diameter at the base.

The champagne stirrers are 4 3/4” (12.1cm) long.

* The use of the champagne stirrers, or a swizzle stick, was to stir the bubbles out of champagne, whose carbonation could cause indigestion or burping for some imbibers.
