Antique brown transfer ware earthenware tile of the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa, in a dark oak frame.  This was part of a multi-scene pattern called “The World” that included Canadian scenes of Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.  The tile was made between 1884-90 by Wallis Gimson & Co., Staffordshire, England.
