Antique cut crystal decanter, American circa 1900-10.  The teardrop shaped decanter is cut with vertical hexagonal panels and decorated with an etched grape and vine motif on alternating panels, with a starburst cut base.  

The company trademark on the sterling silver collar is double struck, likely M B & Co.

M B & Co. is the early sterling silver division of International Sterling Company, located in Meriden, Connecticut circa 1895.
