Entwined loop serpent handle, engraved:   I * PASQVIER.

Impressed makers mark in triplicate on the base “ID under a crown”.

3 /8” (8.6cm) diameter, 4 1/2” (11.4cm) across the handle,

1 1/2” (3.8cm) high at the handle.
