Art Deco Bullet/Skyscraper style glass boudoir lamps, American, circa 1930s.

The shades are a hobnail bubble glass which provided a soft glow when lit, on chrome fittings.  There is an internal chip on the base of one, which is only noticeable when it is pointed out.  It does not affect the use or function.
