A wonderful Art Deco 18kt yellow gold with silver top mill grain openwork ring that features 13 old European cut diamonds, est. 0.89ct (I1 clarity & J-K-L colour); 2 oval faceted cut deep red synthetic rubies, est 0.92ct and 12 straight baguette deep red synthetic rubies, est. 1.68ct. The use of synthetic rubies and sapphires was common during that Era.
