Art Deco silver plate toast rack, made in England, circa 1930.  Made by Birmingham Handicrafts Ltd., established in 1890 and listed in business directories until 1950.  The toast rack has an unusual but very practical design feature in the attached tray; perfect to catch crumbs!  Raised on bun feet.

7 1/2” (19cm) by 3 1/2” (8.9cm), 4 1/2” (11.4cm) high.
