Product Description

Art Deco Tiffany & Co. sterling silver ashtrays.  The hollowware pattern registration “18657” dates the design to 1914.  One of the ashtrays (shown) is marked 2397 and the other is 4457, which are Tiffany order numbers.  The stylized “M” indicates that the ashtrays were made during the directorship of John c. Moore, 1907-47.

Both ashtrays are engraved in Art Deco block lettering:  L.M.P
