Art Nouveau silver overlay ladies flask, circa 1905.  Made by Alvin Silver Co. of Providence, RI.  The diminutively sized flask is an easy to hide pocket or purse size.  It has a domed hinged cover with bayonet fitting and an internal cork seal.  The upper portion of the flask has an unused space framed within the scrolling design (on one side only) for a monogram or personalized engraving, or there is ample room for a longer message on the lower portion of the flask on both sides.  The flask is in very good and usable condition.
