Arts & Crafts (Kunst und Handwerk in German) 800 Fine Silver Tyg (Tig) form champagne cooler, made in Germany circa 1900.  The simple cylindrical form has three prominent handles, raised on three ball feet.  The original gold washed interior is intact.  This is significant statement.

It would also be an ideal trophy cup, vase, presentation piece.
