Austro-Hungarian 800 Fine Silver Sabbath Sticks circa 1872-1922

Antique Austro- Hungarian silver Sabbath sticks, 800 Fine Silver.  The candlesticks are stamped with impressed mark of the Goddess Diana in a 5 lobed circle.  The 3 at the nape of her neck indicates 800 Fine Silver and the A at her chin indicates they were assayed in Vienna between 1872 and 1922.  The sticks are further marked with the goddess looking left over 800 within an irregular octagon, indicating that they were re-tested and stamped again after 1966 in Hungary.

The candlesticks show minor wear; consistent with age and use.

10” (25.4cm) high, 5 1/8” (13cm) diameter at the base.
