The vase has an impressed vertical mark on the side near the base:

Muller Freres Luneville.

12 3/4” (32.5cm) high, 8” (20.3cm) diameter at the widest.

Muller Freres (Co.) was established by Henri Muller and his brothers in 1895 in Luneville, France.  Their initial training was under Emile Galle before setting up their own company.  Production stopped in 1933, a victim of the Great Depression.
