Lalique France clear and satin finished crystal pedestal bowl “Hiboux” pattern, with five distinctive frosted crystal owls supporting the clear crystal bowl.  Designed in 1931 by Rene Lalique and signed on the bottom with the Lalique R France signature used after 1978. The pedestal bowl is a perfect size for caviar and it is in pristine condition.

5 1/4” (13.4cm) high, 5 3/8” (13.7cm) diameter at the rim.

* Hibou, (plural Hiboux) is French for long-eared owl.  The ear tufts are a formation of feathers in the shape of ears.
