Icet Arte Murano art glass figure of a duck wearing a jaunty hat, circa 1960-70.  Icet Arte Murano was established in Caracas in the late 1950s by Bruno Ava, an Italian immigrant to Venezuela.  He was one of the only glass blowers working in the Murano style in the Western Hemisphere in the mid-20th century.

Part of the original foil paper label remains, showing the bottom of ICET and HECHO EN VENEZUELA (made in).

9 1/4” (23.5cm) high, 3 1/4” (8.3cm) by 4” (10.2cm) at the base.
