Vintage Murano glass birds, Italian circa 1960s.  The birds have red bodies and black tail feathers cased in clear glass with gold fleck throughout, raised on clear glass bases.

One of the birds has a tiny nick to the end of its beak.

The larger of the two:

14 1/4” (36.2cm) high, 10” (25.4cm) beak to tail feathers, 3” wide.
