Iridescent Pallme-Konig Bohemian Art Nouveau glass vase.  The blown glass vase has a  stretched neck, decorated with black glass threads and a hot rolled iridescent decoration, within a gilt metal frame.  Purple, blue and green are strongly represented within the iridescence.

11 1/2” (29.2cm) high, 6” (15.3cm) diameter at the base.

* The glassworks was established in 1786 in Steinschonau, Austria.  By 1889 the company was known as Pallme-Konig & Habel, specializing in high quality artisan glass of the Art Nouveau / Jugendstil period.
