Victorian Crackle Glass / Cranberry Serpent Dresser Jar

Victorian crackle glass dresser jar with a cranberry glass looped snake handle on the cover.  The jar has a gilded rim and the snake handle has a gilded underbelly emulating snakeskin scales.  English or French, circa 1860-80.

Minor wear for the gilding, wear consistent with age and use.

4” (10.2cm) high, 3 3/4” (9.5cm) diameter.
