Vintage Pink Cased Glass Epergne, Italy

Product Details

Vintage cased glass epergne, made in Italy, mid-20th century.  This unique glass epergne is made from a pink cased glass over a white layer, with a “sponged” effect within the glass.  The close up of the centre flute shows this wonderful glass blowing technique that looks as if it were sponged or stippled.  The epergne is in pristine condition and is easily disassembled for cleaning or storage.

18” (45.7cm) high, 11 3/4” (30cm) diameter at the base.
