Art Deco Chameleon Ware, George Clews & Co. Ltd. art pottery vase.  The vase is hand painted in deep, earthy colours of lapis blue, violet blue, grass green, ochre and bands of deep reddish brown. Made in Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, England, circa 1935–39. The Chameleon Ware line was introduced circa 1927, with this style of stamped trademark used starting in 1935 until the end of production of Chameleon Ware in 1939.

8 1/2” (21.6cm) high, 4” (10.2cm) diameter at the widest.
