Art Nouveau Limoges tray, hand painted with a portrait inspired by the Czech artist and illustrator Alphonse Mucha (1860-1939). 

The porcelain body is trademarked T & V Limoges France, T & V is the logo for Tressemann and Vogt, circa 1900-10.  The tray would have been a blank, hand painted by a talented porcelain painter of great skill.  The artist’s signature is Mrs. E.W. Brocklebank and further initialled MB.
