Art Nouveau Jean Pouyat Limoges Vase

A significant Art Nouveau hand painted and gilded porcelain vase made in Limoges, France, circa 1900-10.  The vase is beautifully hand painted depicting a graceful young woman draped in fabric, framed between Japanese iris, with gilding on the rim, base and handles.  

Trademark stamped on the bottom:  J.P. over L. France, Jean Pouyat of Limoges France, prolific from then1890s into the early 1930s.

13” (33cm) high, 5 3/8” (13.7cm) at the widest across the handles.
