Roseville Pottery “Clematis” pattern vase, shape # 108-8.  The popular Clematis pattern was introduced in 1944 and produced in brown, blue or green.  The vase has a very small chip on the base, noticeable only from the bottom.

8 1/2” (21.6cm) high, 5 1/2” diameter at the widest.
