Royal Crown Derby vase with gilt metal grate for flower arranging, pattern # 6299, shape 1571.  Made in England with the Royal Crown Derby date cypher for 1913.  Pattern # 6299 is very similar in design to “Traditional Imari” (pattern # 2451) but with the addition of small green leaves. 

The Royal Crown Derby collections website describe this shape as:

“Fern pot, with four scrolled feet and frilled top”.

4 1/2” (11.5cm) high, 5” (12.7cm) high including the grate, 4 3/4” (11.1cm) at the widest.
