Edwardian era Royal Doulton cabinet vase.  Beautifully hand painted with panels of pink cabbage roses framed by heavily gilded borders with turquoise jewelling on fine bone china.  The addition of the word “Royal” in the trademark first appeared in 1901 with the Royal Warrant awarded to Doulton by King Edward VII.  Royal Doulton backstamp dates the vase between 1901-22.
