Wedgwood Jasperware Cheese Dome

Antique Wedgwood Jasperware cheese dome and stand, in cream colour relief on Portland blue, circa 1890-1900.  The dome is classically inspired with images of Hellenic women and Goddesses including Diana, Goddess of the Hunt (with the bow and arrow standing by the deer) and Cupid.  The impressed marks on the bottom are Wedgwood and England.

The stand has minor staining and a small chip on the laurel wreath band.  Otherwise in very good condition.

9 1/2” (24.1cm) diameter, 5” (12.7cm) overall height.
