Wedgwood Tri-Colour Jasperware

Product Details

Antique Wedgwood Jasperware tri-colour jug, in lilac and sage green on cream, made in England, circa 1890.  The jug is decorated with garlands of flowers, suspended by rams head masks.  Allegorical symbols of theatre, music and soldiering are also depicted, hanging from the rams head masks by ribbons, with a frieze of oak leaves and acorns just above and below.

The jug is in good condition, with very minor staining and one acorn is missing on the lower band.  Wear consistent with age and use.

6” (15.2cm) high, 4 1/2” (11.4cm) diameter.
