Antique Roemer / Rummer Wine Glasses

Product Details

Antique roemer/rummer style wine glasses, hand blown with olive green bowls on a clear, tiered stem and pedestal foot.  Unmarked, attributed to Germany or Bohemia, circa 1900.  The glasses are wheel cut engraved and gilded. 

One of the glasses has a tiny flea bite on the base and there is wear to the gilding; wear consistent with age and use.

A lovely choice for your favourite Riesling!

6 7/8” (17.5cm) high, 2 1/8” (5.4cm) diameter at the rim.
