This remarkable set of hand blown glasses, decanter and bowls was purchased from the estate of a couple who honeymooned in Venice in the 1950s.  All the pieces were personalized with their initials RI, gilded in Script.  The sherry glasses are designed with an elongated bubble within the stem.  

Simply beautiful craftsmanship!

Decanter and 8 sherry glasses.

The decanter is 12 1/4” (31.1cm) high, 4 3/4” (12.1cm) diameter.

The sherry glasses are 5 1/2” (14cm) high, 2 1/4” (5.8cm) diameter at the rim.

Footed glasses 4 1/2” (11.5cm) high, 2 3/4” (7cm) diameter at the rim.
