Opulent Baroque inspired 800 Fine Silver candelabra, made by I.M.A. di Guerci & C., of Alessandria (Piedmont) Italy.  The pair of three light candelabra are marked:  800 (the fineness of silver) and 23 AL in a horizontal six sided rhombus (23 is the silversmith’s mark for I.M.A. di Guerci & C and AL is the abbreviation for Alessandria) circa 1944-68.  The candelabra are solid silver with hollow bases, not filled for weight.

11 1/4” (28.6cm) high, 12” (30.5cm) across the arms, 5 1/8” (13cm) diameter at the base.
