Vintage English Sterling Silver Candlesticks, circa 1967

Product Details

Vintage English sterling silver candlesticks, hallmarked for London 1967.  From the silversmith firm of A. Taite & Son Ltd., first established as Rosenzweig, Taitelbaum & Co. in 1921 and in business until 1972.  The candlesticks are an 1960’s avant garde approach to traditional Corinthian column candlesticks with traditional ornate tops and stepped bases, combined with the central six-sided columns.  The bobeches are removable for ease of cleaning.

10” (25.4cm) high, 4” (10.2cm) square at the base.
