Antique Polish silver Sabbath sticks, 800 Fine Silver.  AP makers mark, baluster form, with finely engraved decoration of flowers and scrolls, raised on three open foliate feet.

The candlesticks are of a style seen circa 1880-1910 and stamped with the impressed mark of a woman’s profile in folk dress looking left, used in Poland post 1920 to assay previously unmarked silver.  The “3” at her shoulder indicates a grade of 800 silver.

One of the candlesticks has a repair near the base; wear consistent with age and use.

12” (30.5cm) high, 5 7/8” (15cm) diameter at the base.
