Rococo Inspired Silver Plate Candlesticks, circa 1890

Product Details

Antique silver plate Rococo inspired candlesticks, unmarked, Continental European attribution, circa 1890.  The plating is on a nickel base metal that is showing on the high spots, giving a soft glow to the silver.  The bobeches are removable for ease in cleaning.

The candlesticks have been drilled at the base to accommodate contemporary electrical wiring.

10 1/4” (26cm) high, 5 1/2” (14cm) diameter at the base.
