Birks sterling silver “Queens” pattern two piece poultry carving set.  Queens is a late Georgian inspired shell pattern, heavily ornamented with a shell motif, front and back.

Queens was discontinued by Birks long before they discontinued all flatware patterns in 2012.   The “Made in Sheffield England” for Birks steel knife blade identified this as an earlier set, circa 1930/40s.

The fork is 9 3/4” (24.8cm) long.

The knife is 11 3/4” (29.8 cm) long.
