Classical bronze allegory of victory; a sculpture of a warrior holding a wreath and a dagger.  Since antiquity, a circular or horseshoe shape of wreath has been a symbolic depiction of power.  As the figure is holding the wreath high in one hand and a dagger in other hand it is a commemoration of a military victory.
