Victorian Minton bone china dinner plates, circa 1870s, set of 10, pattern # 4877.  The plates have a 3/4” brilliant turquoise blue ground / “Minton Blue” border with bands of gilding.  The plates have the impressed Minton name and date cyphers.  On 9 of the 10 plates the date cyphers can be clearly seen, with 1 from 1872 and 8 from 1873.

The blue ground and the gilding are uniformly bright.  The set is in very good condition.
