English Victorian sterling silver coffee pot, fully hallmarked for London 1850.
From the silver workshop of Charles Reily & George Storer, who first registered their trademark in 1829. The coffee pot has beautiful raised repousse floral panels, an organic floral finial and scrolled feet, complete with ivory insulators on the handles to diffuse the heat of the pot. The original family crest is intact; a stag above the initials ICR engraved in Script.
10 1/4” (26cm) high, 9 1/4” (23.5cm) across the spout to handle.
