Hand painted and gilded Nippon demitasse cups and saucers, decorated with butterflies against a fuchsia pink ground. The set exhibits wear that is appropiate to its age.

Made in Japan, circa 1920.

The cups are 2 3/4” (7cm) high.

The saucers are 5 1/8” (13cm) diameter.
