Japanese porcelain matte black and 12kt gold lithopane tea set, circa 1950s.  The bottom of the cups have a lithopane geisha portrait.

Trademarked on the bottom of the teapot, creamer and saucers:

SUNNY CHINA, a crown symbol, 12KARAT, GOLD

The set is comprised of:

1 teapot, 6” (15.2cm) high

1 creamer, 3 1/2” (9cm) high

5 cups, 2” (5.1cm) high

6 saucers, 3 3/4” (9.5cm) diameter
