English silver plate figural tea and coffee set, early 20th century.  The elaborate set is decorated with flowering vines bird beak spouts  and a “North Wind” face at the spout base.

Electro plate on copper, made in England.

The teapot is 7” (17.8cm) high.

The coffee pot is 9 3/4” (24.8cm) high.
