Antique Sterling Silver Ribbon Pattern Coffee Spoons & Sugar Tongs, Sheffield 1922

Product Details

Antique sterling silver coffee spoons and sugar tongs, English hallmarks for 1921 & 1922, in the original presentation box.  The pattern is referred to by a variety of names by different makers, including Ribbons, Reed & Ribbon and Rubans (by Christofle).  The spoons are Sheffield 1922, made by Cooper Brothers & Sons Ltd., of Don Plate Works, Arundel Street, Sheffield and Holborn Viaduct, London, England and the sugar cube tongs are Birmingham 1921.  The set is in very good condition and is not engraved, with minor wear only to the exterior of the box.

The spoons are 4 1/4” (10.8cm) long.

The box is 6 1/4” (15.9cm) by 7 7/8” (20cm), 1” (2.5cm) high.
