Vintage 800 Fine Silver card case from Florence, Italy.  Trademarked for the silversmith Bausi Bruno of Firenze (Florence) who registered his mark in 1935 (silversmith # 8 and FI for Firenze in a lozenge).

The card case has an intricately chased cover and is engraved on the back:
