English sterling silver pedestal rose bowl/ trophy, hallmarked Birmingham 1912.  This elegantly simple pedestal bowl features an undulating rim and a stepped pedestal base.  Made by the silversmith company of S.W. Smith & Co. of London, in business circa 1900-1926.  The bowl does not have monograms or engravings, so it is perfect for a corporate presentation or sporting trophy that requires room for a longer text and of course, always lovely for a wedding or anniversary gift!
