English Sterling Silver Pedestal Bowl Dated 1895

Product Details

Victorian sterling silver pedestal centrepiece bowl, hallmarked for Chester 1895.   The silversmith is George Nathan & Ridley Hayes (G.N over R.H in a shield) who had business addresses in Birmingham and London.

The repousse floral decorated pedestal bowl has swirling fluting on the lower body, on a graduated pedestal base.  The bowl is without monograms or presentation engravings.

4 1/2” (11.4cm) high, 6 1/4” (16cm) diameter.
